Privacy Notice

This privacy notice is a working draft for the controlled public test page. It must be checked against the final hosting provider, Supabase feedback storage and AgentForge embed behavior before broader publication.

Controller

The controller for this website will be Frederik Lindner. The final postal contact details must be inserted in the Legal Notice before public launch.

What Data May Be Processed

Technical access data, such as IP address, browser information, request time and pages loaded.
Chat content entered into the embedded AgentForge widget.
Feedback content submitted through the feedback form.
Email metadata if a user contacts DPP Navigator by email.

Purpose

Data is used to provide the website, operate the embedded DPP Navigator agent, receive test feedback, improve future versions and respond to user messages.

Important Safety Note

Users should not submit confidential business information, customer data, personal data, trade secrets or legally sensitive internal documents. Realistic but anonymized examples are preferred.

Third-Party Services

The page is designed for deployment on a hosting provider such as Vercel, stores submitted feedback in Supabase and embeds an AgentForge chat widget from VeWorld.ai. These services may process technical access data, feedback data and chat-related data needed to provide the service.

Tracking

This draft site does not include advertising or analytics tracking code. If analytics, cookies or additional third-party tools are added later, this notice must be updated before launch.

Retention

Feedback is intended to be reviewed manually for product improvement and may be marked with an internal review status. It should be deleted when it is no longer needed for that purpose, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
